One day in his village when he witnesses a performance, his desires grow stronger and the visiting drag performer helps this boy put on makeup and clothes to try out. My Father's Lover (Philippines Series)
A 4 part short form series that no one asked for. A girl suspects her father to be gay when a young man and him spend way too much time together seemingly intimate. But the truth is that she is her half brother and father was sacred to tell the truth. Amateur at a level where I wish I could rate a series less than zero. I can't stop laughing at how bad it was when it came to over the top acting.

Serodiscordantes (Spain/Germany)
A couple just moves from Madrid to Berlin, but one of them is hiding a secret from the other about his HIV status. Sensing a spirit in their new home and curiosity of future, the spirit spills the beans. A good ten minutes of the film is then showing us the two men having the most sensual full on sex educating us on how if you are pop undetectable, it is virtually impossible to transmit the virus.

Set in Cape Town’s Langa Township, the documentary looks at the life of a gay Xhosa sangoma who embraces the calling’s demands of isolation and respect with relief, reassured that “the ancestors do not discriminate in the same way that we mortals do.”

After awkward conversations spark an old connection between them, they wind up leaving the party and go into nighttime, melancholic journey throughout the streets of Manila. Unfortunately, both know that this might be their only night together.

Wisecrack - Miss Coco Peru [Logo TV]
In Logo's original comedy stand-up series, the talented Miss Coco Peru shares her insights on being a celebrated drag queen in Hollywood and about life lessons from your family. LE F.H.A.R. (France)
F.H.A.R (Front Homosexual d'Action Révolutionnaire) was a French radical movement of homosexuals and lesbian feminists in the early 1970s, just after the uprising of the student protests that happened near the end of the 1960s, and was known for granting visibility to gays and lesbians when the student uprisings shunned them out. This documentary, shows a fascinating insight in the lives, opinions and motives of radical gays and lesbians, feminists and queer activists. It captures the rare and early stages of gay and lesbian rights in France.

Caníbales (Spain) [Cannibals]
Just 10 minutes away from the heart of the city, hundreds of hungry men meet by chance, by stealth. Some of them are looking for quick and easy sex, others want to avoid loneliness. Most of them are looking for themselves. This and next two short films are part of trilogy by Juanma Carrillo

Perfect Day (Spain)
High-voltage gay short, experimental type, that shows different homosexual couples, in their daily lives, bringing us closer to their most emotional part.

Fuckbuddies (Spain)

Jecam zela (Montenegro) [Barley]

His arrival awakens deeply suppressed memories of their relationship, and Petar fails to resist his temptation and secretly tries to reach Jakov, who's aware that he has taken a false identity in order to assimilate into the milieu.

Boy Meets Boy (South Korea)
A short film with no spoken dialogue, the film depicts the relationship between Minsu and Seok-i. The two come face-to-face on a bus after Minsu drops a roll of film after putting away his schoolwork into his, and to his luck it rolls to Seok-i's foot. There is an instant spark through their silent gazes and then electric chemistry is visible.

K (Spain)
The big city punk 'K' seems to be a pretty bad boy - he smokes pot, deals and goes on the street. But his heart belongs to the good neighbor, who has not yet made up his mind about 'K'. With these wild premises, can a tender romance unfold? A simple, yet something really nice about this film.

Wordless (China)
Nan struggles to connect in America because of what he left in China. He struggles to connect with people having left his love and his mother back in China. A minimalist, six minute short and portrait of deep loneliness.

Will You Look at Me (China)
As a young Chinese filmmaker returns to his hometown in search for himself, a long due conversation with his mother dives the two of them into a quest for acceptance and love. His mother has always known about his sexuality and his boyfriend, but the fact that Chinese society is unaccepting of this and the mother blames herself for how the son turned out to be. The film’s dialogue consists mainly of a voiceover by the director and conversations between himself and his mother who finds it difficult to accept that he is gay.

The Shortest Distance is Round 3: Fallen Flowers

Continuing with the weird trilogy of "The Shortest Distance", I am so glad that finally I am done with part 3 and won't have to deal with this again in future. Thankfully, as of now the makers have not announced any further parts; which will save all of us on this earth from the embarrassment of watching this in near future. After the first 10 minutes are used in sort of recapping bits of first two parts, the story moves forward. Haruto is now starting to have feelings for Ruka, the mysterious pole dancer from second part. In a fit of rage, Ruka ends up killing the goat man and to save him and Haruto, Shibahara asks them to go underground. Meanwhile Shibahara continues the search for Seiya (the guy who had cut off Haruto's penis). It turns out Seiya is now also taking care of the original club owner from part 1. Both of them were released after they had informed Shibahara of Aoyama's secret location. Shibahara tortures Seiya's boyfriend leading to Seiya killin

One Summer Night (Korean)

I really wanted to like this film but for non native speakers, these movie leaves a lot to be understood and the way scenes were unfolding in front of me, I wasn't sure many times what was really going on. The story had potential button getting any back story on any of the characters limited my ability to empathize with any of these actors. Film starts with two North Korea military guys Yong Joon and Jae Sung having sex and they are caught red handed and they run. Three years later we see Yong Joon in Seoul leading a very mundane and poor life. He has a boyfriend Tae-Kyu, who is a weird guy. He is carefree, doesn't do any work and is completely emotional and financially dependent on Young Joon. In fact, even Yong Joon will go to any lengths to protect him , fend for him and taking care of him to the extent of even taking up prostitution. Suddenly one day Jae Sung appears in their life again. His motivation is not clear but it is obvious he wants Yong Joon back in his life, who

Ultimate masturbation: Shigoki no yama (Japanese) [The Ultimate Masturbation]

I would never know what was the point behind making this film. Was it supposed to be a comedy, cos it wasn't. It wasn't even porn. It was just a silly attempt at making something absolutely senseless and ridiculous. The story, as well as direction is equally shoddy. You could laugh for having seen something so bad, but I wouldn't call that comedy. An old man runs a camp about gay masturbation. The explanation given is that gays masturbate for pleasure unlike straight men, for whom the act is seen as shame or because they can't find a woman. One day a straight man shows up and wants to join the camp for his thesis. After discussion, he is allowed in. Rules include that you can masturbate together, you can masturbate one another, but there is no fellatio or anal sex. Some students of course breaks rule. The teacher then talks about 2 forms of masturbation which gives ultimate pleasure. He shows one without touching and then refuses to talk of the other. Somehow suddenly,
