A young man Kyle returns to his hometown, heir to sardine family business after many years returning from Manila trying to take a break from financial scandal and his ex-boyfriend and former business partner. Estranged from his father and burdened by the past, Kyle tries to lay low by immersing himself in the company’s operations. He is sent to see to see how the operations are handled and there he mets hot and handsome Andre, a lowly labour who works on the board. He is a humble fisherman with a pregnant girlfriend and for reason is always horny rubbing his penis. A lot of time gets spent in Andre and Kyle seducing each other n their own way leading to sex. Alongwith Andre, there is also the mandatory trans friend in Filipino shows who starts an affair with another fisherman boy. But just as Kyle begins to find peace, the past catches up with him and his ex-bf Bill resurfaces, threatening to expose everything and destroy the new life Kyle is starting to build. No one knows he is gay and he is worried about his secret coming out. Now, Kyle must confront the truth he’s been running from and decide whether to keep hiding or risk everything for a love that could finally set him free.
To watch this show, you really have to put your thinking brain aside. It is predictable and the only draw here, which even the makers are aware, isa lot of shirtless boys baring there fat-free torso's and tight pants. It is funny when the house keeper also walks around shirtless and his short button open. The show is filled with lines like "it's so big!" and "you're so tight" and they keep coming. Especially during those 6-7 episodes on the boat which are just to give us some sexual scenes. I am realizing that shows from this production company Oxin are always like this: full of sexual innuendos. The story was novel set in a fishing town and love story between fisherman and his boss but the direction and the acting as well was just so bad. There is only so much that a good body can keep your interest alive. Worse was Kyle both as an actor and a character. He constantly takes wrong decisions. I mean, what was that about having a threesome with his ex and the house keeper, just for random blackmail. It made no sense. Also Andre just turning away from his pregnant girlfriend!! The ending wasn't very clear to me. Did Kyle die in the boat accident? Well it surely seems like it unless they bring him back in a follow up season. I hope not!! The other couple of trans friend of another fisherman was also full of cringe. They did try to Gove some heart to it but every time they would go into this full on cringy sexual dialogues. The guys are hot, but someone please give them workshops and someone please bring good scripts. (3.5/10)
