I'm honestly not sure why I keep watching these Signal 23 gay shows. I guess they're a bit of a guilty pleasure for me, and I usually tune in just hoping to see some hot Black guys or a few decent hookup scenes. The problem is that these series almost never have a real plot, and the acting and directing are always super amateur and just plain bad. Unfortunately, this one didn't even have the "eye candy" going for it, as most of the guys weren't even that attractive. The whole thing is really short, only six episodes, and each one lasts about 12 to 14 minutes. The main guy in the story is D, a young 16 year old Black guy who is basically at his sexual peak and spent his summer just looking for action. In the first episode, he meets a 19-year-old online for a hookup, but the kid’s dad walks in right in the middle of things and kicks D out. Vampire Boys 2: The New Brood

As if the original film wasn't bad film, the makers had the audacity to come up with a sequel of theis film. You can imagine how bad the film was when none of the original actors are retained for the sequel. I doubt that there was any other reason for this film except to show some hot bodied men naked, in full glory with some penis shots. Add to this a lit bot of romance, blood, vampire, a quick and easy film is made.

Caleb is now living with Jasin and even though Tara was not the chosen one , she is also with them along with Jasin's entourage. Enter Demetrius, another vampire who is looking to build an army. We soon find out the reaosn for that is to get rid of Jasin. Demetrius was Jasin's master's original chosen one who left him for a new chosen one and this has caused a lot of anger within him. And he now just wants to destroy Jasin and his coven making a new brood for himself. He comes up with a plan to convert Tara against Jasin. He partially succeeds in this but plans change and Demetrius is unable to kill Jasin even after a fight. The extras in the coven for Demetrius die and Caleb and Jasin live happily ever after. There is a scope for further extension when they show Demetrius is a love and he and Tara actually are in love.

As I mentioned, from a story perspective, the movie is as dumb as the prequel. There wers o many new faces all with very similar-ish features and bodies that it was becoming difficult to keep a track of who's who. I personally didn't understand the whole story of the gym owner who was also secretly a gym owner and had given up on the vampire activities to live a simple life. How and why was he arm twisted by Demetrius into helping him share the gym space. It was all too vague. Jasin's mild mannerism and talking very slowly in every single scene gets annoying after a point. I wonder if the actors are former porn stars because literally there is noting for them to do in the film.

Watch the film only if you liked the first one. And if you did, I am so judging you right now. (3/10)

Apparently tis film was adapted by a true story Well, true or not, movies/series about drugs are not easy to watch. I have always said that drugs is like the end of life for anyone. For those who sink into this sea of addiction, some manage to swim upstream to recovery, while others cannot make it to the shore. The film may not be the best, but it does have a noble intention to remind everyone of the evil affects of drugs and combining that with sex. Every person has their own unique way of dealing with loss. This film is as much a psychological thriller as it is a soft porn BDSM portrayal of two young men that makes the film overall horrifying as well as humane. It is really hard to describe the genre of this film in one word. Its important not that the film has some really disturbing scenes so if you go into seeing this film, please proceed with caution. Although any sexual non-consensual activity is not ok, this film has its won strange way of showing that suicide is not the only solution to all life's problems. Makoto is a regular office goer, who just finds out that his girlfriend is probably cheating on him. The Shortest Distance is Round 3: Fallen Flowers

Continuing with the weird trilogy of "The Shortest Distance", I am so glad that finally I am done with part 3 and won't have to deal with this again in future. Thankfully, as of now the makers have not announced any further parts; which will save all of us on this earth from the embarrassment of watching this in near future. After the first 10 minutes are used in sort of recapping bits of first two parts, the story moves forward. Haruto is now starting to have feelings for Ruka, the mysterious pole dancer from second part. In a fit of rage, Ruka ends up killing the goat man and to save him and Haruto, Shibahara asks them to go underground.
