I am again questioning the need for this sequel (or specials), a 5 episode continuation of Tine and Sarawat story. Either it was done to damage control for some backlash about season finale or just to show how the relationship has progressed between our lovable couple. There is pretty much no story here. It more like glimpses in the lives of a few gay couple's.
Tine and Sarawat are now living together and still have their great friends and supporters. They are very much in love even after one year and living their sort of domestic bliss life still very much in college. They both get an opportunity to become their respective club presidents. From their story perspective, the show focuses on how they lead their clubs to victory, while everyone in college rooting for them and their love. They do have to live separately just a few minutes away for their respective practices which just makes their love even stronger. Of course, this couple really makes just 25% of the show. Ample space and time is given to the other couples from the original show. We meet Man and Type who have been together and when Type have to move for work, how do they deal with it. Fresher Phukong is still trying to get attention from Mil and eventually we do see that Mil falls for him. Its just that he is not a typical person who shows his love openly. We also see Dim and Green and their usual fun banter.
Lets talk about positives first. I am glad they did not show any conflict between Sarawat and Tine, just for the sake of it. Even after they became presidents of their club, they still continued to remain loyal, caring and loving to each other. Sarawat clearly has come out of his shell and is more comfortable showing his love in public. Also, I liked that each couple had their own individuality, and each of. These relationships give us good perspective of different flavors of a relationship, gay or straight. On a constructive note, the lead couple spending time apart for. Short while, the issue was taken out of proportion. I mean, come on. You are not even that far. If you can't deal with that, you guys will definitely have a problem in future. Also, does that university have gays spread around all over? What's up with that? As I said earlier, there is no specific story as such that is being shown. Just a simple how the relationship has grown and what they are doing. Its like watching a month in the life of a few gay couples. And Thats it. For some people, this is good, but for others, like me, I wanted a purpose. A reason why a second series sequel was made, when there wasn't to show. I was quite disappointed, but also glad that this was just 5 episodes. (4/10)

I must have missed that "let's forget about the ex part".
I can see myself feeling different just after watching the original series.
