A gay serial killer and alien murder mystery would be one way to describe this Spanish-German co-production. I wouldn't call it a horror at all, because not even once I flinched or was scared. It was a bit silly at places but I wanted to check out to see if it made any sense. Luckily I kept my expectations extremely low. It also helped that the film was barely 50 minutes.
Film starts with one man giving bj to another in a cruising park and a third man watching them. The next day a mutilated body of the person is found as if the entire body of the person was sucked out, leaving what could best be described as a puddle of goo. A similar death happens a few days later of another boy. Two lady detectives are assigned to the case and the note marks around the dick suggest that it feels like some sort of a spider or a giant tarantula, but the experts say that this is not possible given how far apart the bite marks are. The man who had witnessed the first murder helps detectives create a sketch of the person, but the killings continue. In the meantime the killer finds a man who he falls in love with but that guy eventually starts to get scared and they both jump off the roof killing the spider turned man. Somehow detectives find out the tunnel under subway systems where these alien big riders had been breeding themselves and the mystery for now is solved.
The film was very straight forward. It never shows us the horrors of actual murders but does show us that murderer likely happen when the human form of tarantula give his perpetrators a blowjob. We see a few murders, then there is a brief animation where the alien spiders have a discussion about this killer saying that he is out of control and is drinking too much sperm. We don't know how the detectives find out about the hidden tunnels under subway where they were brewing or whatever. The death of the killer also happens almost instantaneous. And now I wonder f the man he fell in love with was also an alien spider who came in human form. Honestly at this point, I don't care. We were also told that the two detectives were lesbians, which has eroded being on the overall impression of the film. This might just be to show LGBT members solving gay murders. Anyway, this film was below average and a crazy idea about alien spider turned rugged human killing gays after sucking them. Make your own call. (3/10)
