This dark gritty Japanese BL is something I was not expecting. The story focuses on a Yakuza bodyguard assigned to kill his young boss. The premise sounds interesting but the execution was just weird. There were lot of problems with the show like violence, abuse, coercion and even forcing themselves sexually. Eventually it somewhere becomes. BL with some nonsense stuff. Thankfully the series was only 6 episodes of about 26-30 minutes each. Kataoka is a respected yakuza leader. His boss has grown old and frail, unable to manage the organization anymore. Leadership now falls to the boss's son, Keito. He assigns Odajima as Kataoka's new handler to keep him in check. Kataoka is impulsive and treats Odajima aslmost as a servant even forcing sex on him. But beneath the rough exterior, Kataoka occasionally reveals a gentler side. Odajima, on the other hand, is stoic and distant, keeping his emotions under tight control. What Kataoka doesn't know is that Odajima has a hidden agen...
In the Kanba household, the grandfather Koichi lives with his son Shusaku and his three boys. Shusaku’s wife reacts in horror after discovering him having sex with his father. Shusaku is a biologist and explains to her that his father is the carrier of a so-far undiscovered virus that has infected the rest of them and made them want to have sex with only the grandfather. Soon, incest is the norm, with everyone getting a piece of grandpa, especially the men. Well, everyone but the third son, who prefers to cruise for guys outside. At the same time, the virus also prevents any of them from growing any older. After she leaves, the men takes turns having sex with the grandfather. And this whole thing keeps repeating for a good 90 minutes.
This film is awful. Do not look for any logic of any sorts. There are plenty of penis shots and real sex scenes, which I am not sure are supposed to titilate you or disgust you. The first scene where a man cat rapes grandpa is the weirdest of all. I mean is that how the virus started? Who knows? The entire film seems to take place without any sense of direction. You wonder of there is a point that the director is trying to make but you fail at any given point. Was the film about incest, gay life, alternate family life; we would never know. The ending is also as weird as the whole film. The only saving grace is that actors are not bad, but when the screenplay itself is so absurd, there is nothing much that anyone can do. I would recommend to completely avoid this piece of crap. (1/10)
