Another one of those typical gay movies but with a little twist here. Contrary to most movies, here a gay guy suddenly realizes his passion for woman and the trouble starts. Jacob and Jorgen are a gay couple who have been together for a long time. On his birthday, Jacob asks Jorgen to marry him. Celebrations are on but something happens the same night. Jacob falls in love with Caroline who is not just any girl but is wife of Jorgen's younger brother Tom. The life suddenly get complicated. Jacob and Caroline both try to fight it but they are helpless as they are very passionate about each other. Jorgen finds out about it and gets devastated. He gets in an accident and loses one eye. Beautiful, refreshing, wonderful and touching are the words that I will use to describe the movie. Coming out of the stereotypical gay movies, this movie deals with some of the most practical challenges one has in life, be it gay or straight. Most importantly it talks about importance of family, the sacrifices you make for them and how things can be made to work if you really love and respect the people around you. Zack lives with his sister Jeanie and nephew Cody whom he loves more than anything. He was forced to give up his dream of art school and support his sister (whose husband left her). A thought provoking interesting insight into the mindsets of people who are young, handsome, smart, rich, everyone wants them but they lack substance and love in their life. Gliding through life, celebrating himself as the 90's gay playboy ideal, without ever realizing what a mess he's become forms the crux of Christopher's life. Christopher is a successful rich smart 31 year old handsome lad. He is gorgeous, clever and everyone in Boston wants him. But he just likes to play with everyone, one night stands, exchange numbers and never return back their calls. He is good friends with Larry, a gay co worker and Susan, a black woman who herself is looking for her Mr. Right. A day comes when Christopher meets Stewart and gets attracted to him. I expected something more when I read the preview but I have to admit that it has been one of the most boring experiences. The concept of he movie was good and it could have been made in a beautiful movie but the one that I saw just did not do it for me. Chuck and Buck were best friends when they were young. Chuck grew up, and Buck didn't. When his mother dies, Buck invites Chuck (Charlie now) to the funeral. He wants to be Chuck's best friend again, but Charlie is busy working and preparing for his wedding. Since Buck has not grown up and after his mother has dies, he looks forward to being with Chuck again. But since Buck has not mentally grown up, he doesn't realize when he is crossing the line. A fun film with lots of emotions, drama and good performances sums up this movie. It does not get preachy but at the same time tells you to just be yourself in a very funny though predicable way. Nevertheless, its totally enjoyable. Luz is a small time jeweler who dreams of making it big so as to provide a better life for her family. Her life revolves around her 3 sons Oscar, Orson and Orwell and her live-in boyfriend Gerry. Oscar is an architect and is about to be married to his girlfriend of five years Pauleen. He works with his best friend Adrian who also happens to be his secret boyfriend of 7 years. A refreshingly comic tale of a guy trying to woo a girl by pretending to be gay; this movie has loads of comic elements which keeps viewers interested all throughout. The film starts with usual cliches of a young student Clay Adams just joining the college and all he wants is sex. He sees this very pretty blonde girl Amanda and wants to go out with her. But she is kind of with another college guy. Meanwhile Amanda's fraternity asks all the girls to befriend a guy as per the chit and then dump him after 2 weeks. Amanda gets to date a gay guy. WIth turns of events, Amanda mistakes Clay to be gay and befriends him. Clay admits to being gay because at least that way he gets to spend time with Amanda. Even though his room mate Matt is totally against the idea but Clay goes on. He ends up going t a local gay bar and requests the owner to teach him how to be gay since h has just come out of closet. A different movie which does not really deal with the coming out theme. Yes, the characters in the movie happen to be gay but the movie is about relationships, growing up, love and respect for each other and just trying to lead a normal life. Its different from our usual run of the mill gay movies and still gives you an impression that you are not dissatisfied after watching the movie. Mrs Aronson is a terminally ill old woman who invites her 13 year old grandson Gil to spend the summer with her. She is famous for being difficult with in house nurses except her caretaker Betty. We are introduced to Gil as a young teenager obsessed with old musical movies, slightly feminine, write grand stories about great actresses and refuses to do any outdoor activities. In comes a Danish gay male nurse Jan who admits to being avery serious person. He is very obsessive compulsive in taking care of Mrs Aronson. He copes up with a clustered Betty and does not pay any attention to Gil's activities. ...

Its been a long time since I saw a movie but probably this was not a good choice to start back with. Its one of the most inane, boring, senseless gay movies I have seen. I am still trying to figure out what was the correlation between the title and the actual movie. This indie movie is based around a Latin guy called Justin who is gay. His cousin Angel comes to live with him. Justin instantly falls in love with Angel and he knows about it but Angel just sees Justin as a very good friend. In the meantime, Angel meets this girl Andrea and they start seeing each other. Andrea has a very possessive friend Braulio who is going out with a hot model Carlos. But Carlos is a player who is over Braulio. He tries to come on to Justin in the bar and since Justin is feeling low because Angel is hanging out with Andrea, he decides to play along with Carlos. Whether I like this movie or not is a different question, the answer to which you will find out towards the end; but what I would like to admit that the plot had interesting twists and turns to it. Unlike the name , the film is actually not bad. Bobby is a hustler who supports his dysfunctional mother Sheila. He works for a pimp in a bar through whom he gets his clients. Abe a black guy owes $6k to the pimp because his girlfriend flushed all the drugs that he was supposed to sell. The pimp suggests Abe to take up hustling t pay him off. This film explores relationships in a non linear way through its 4 main characters with friendship, love and sexuality.Based in France, it honestly did not do much for me but was still interesting. I would have loved some more clarified justifications for some of the behaviors. Samir, a French Arab witnesses the accidental death of the man he loves. A different movie that I have seen in the gay genre was refreshing since it told a story something new for me. Talking about the influx of Eastern European men in Spain, this film talks about various issues that deals with the whole thing. Daniel, a very well off settled architect is a part of wild and promiscuous queeny gay guys in Madrid. The infiltrators from Europe who are all sexy have spiced up their sex life because they are ready for sex with men in return for meal or roof over their head. Daniel is on the lookout for the perfect man: Handsome, muscular, hairy and hung. He finds him in the Bulgarian, Kyril. Kyril has a fiance, Kalina. But Daniel gets so involved with Daniel that he could care less. He takes care of his food, clothes, money etc. Kyril's desire for money and then more money leads him to engage in a number of shady deals including help from Daniel to fix his papers. The question haunts me why was this movie made? What was the intention behind this? Was it a soft porn but it cannot be that since the underlying message was that of finding true love. Story is simple. Jason and Chad are room mates and have hots for each other. But both think that the other person probably would not be interested so they keep their interaction at friendly level. Jason in hooked on to internet chat and hooks up with guys often. On the other Chad thinks that internet is lame and its all about finding true love and right person. On insisting on one of the friends', Chad also tries internet chat room and incidentally ends up chatting to the screen name of Jason. They end up talking about love, affection etc. Finally wen they find out they become lovers. A pretty lame story. Bad acting, bad directory, purposeless story. The only good thing is soft porn sex scenes between Jason and his hook ups. Don't waste your time. Can definitely be missed. (2.5/10)

Another kinda funny confused movie which tackles with one of those common issues with gay. Will I ever be able to find my Mr Right? WHy am I scared of commitment? A light hilarious movie whose whole idea was to just entertain and not make something path breaking. Ethan Green (a very cute guy) has problems with relationships: he has been in many from Juarez who still lives with Ethan's gay boy loving mother , to previously closeted baseball player Kyle , to Leo his room mate to the very young Punch. Movie starts with how Ethan wants to find this perfect guy , hooks up with Kyle and they have everything is going fine but Ethan being scared dumps Kyle when he asks him to move in. Come in Punch a young 19 year old guy who has hots for Ethan and had hit on him earlier when Ethan was with Kyle. They get together but just strictly for sex. WHen Ethan realizes that Punch might be the guy, Punch dumps Ethan saying Ethan is too immature. Meanwhile his roommate Leo is tying to sell the house ...

15 minutes into the film and I thought Have I seen this film earlier. Surely, I did. But it wasn't bad to see the film again. ITs the usual coming out kind of movie with bitterness in experiences. I mean it does have funny dialogues and is at time touching. I like the bond between 2 brothers and the chemistry they share. Dorian is sour on the world that doesn't understand him. His family consists of a Nixon loving dad, a confused lost mother, and a brother Nicky (hot! hot!) who is everything Dorian isn't - a jock, a ladies' man, and a happy-go-lucky high schooler. Why this title? There was an emperor who woke to find his lover sleeping on his sleeve. To prove his deep love for him , he cut his own sleeve. Since then, gay in Chinese is also known as Cut Sleeve. The story is simple. Ash and Mel (Chinese) are best friends . A sudden unexpected death of a friend makes him rethink of what they want in life. Mel is the hunky good looking type guy who just likes to play around. Ash is the queeny kinda guy and all he looks for is that perfect guy for him. Comes in Todd who once hooked up with Mel as an opportunity of love. They live together for a while but Mel in his mind is just not ready to get tied up. So he does not reciprocate his feelings at all and ultimately its too late by the time he realizes how much he too loves him.
