This Hindi movie is a pretty straightforward slice-of-life story that tries to give a modern look at what it's like to be a single, professional gay man. It dives into how he understands who he is, the chances he missed out on, and the personal choices he’s made along the way. The director used three parallel timelines to tell the story, which honestly didn't make much sense to me. While the core idea was actually pretty interesting, I really feel like this would have worked way better as a short film considering the point it was trying to make. Still, it wasn't a bad watch. The plot centers on Rachit, a city professional, and his friend Shikhar as they hang out for an evening. Rachit is a polished, urban guy, while Shikhar has more of a "small-town" rustic vibe, and you can really see the contrast between them when they talk. As the night goes on, Rachit starts thinking back to some old memories from a long time ago. He remembers being an intern after college in ...
Oh my god! What the hell was this? A 6 part series of about 10-15 minutes each, this one was supposed to be likely a sexy/supernatural genre; but all it ended up being was something so embarrassing to watch. I wont even say it was comedy because that was unintentional and the only reason you laugh is at the absurdity of it all and the audacity of people to make something like this. Although, in fairness this was back in 2021, post covid where folks were just about doing anything to keep content consumers busy.
The story of a fairy who loved a man who he thought cheated on him so he retaliated and turned the cheater and his boyfriend into sex slaves. Eventually, he discovered the secret of the one who cheated on him. I am not even sure how this all plays out. We see two boys on top of a hill but they cannot remember each other. The evil spirit keeps kidnapping one of them and has their way with him and then neither remembers anything. Suddenly we have a threesome going on in a resort, where the two boyfriends fight over the third person. The evil fairy and her assistant also comes to earth. Eventually a word revelation that fairy was supposed to take vengeance on one of the guy's twin brother (the backstory is that he was the fairy's boyfriend who promised to meet but failed to since he died in an accident). What happens eventually? We dont know. The show ends as abrupt as it began.
This was just plain bad from every angle. Right from script (if there was one) to the atrocious fairy dress to all the way acting (or a masterclass on how not to act). A trans fairy raping a man is just disgusting and never heard of. Audio-visuals were uneven. There were distracting background music and sounds. Poorly directed and edited scenes. I mean not a single thing is worth mentioning here. At least in some bad content you get some eye candy, which was missing here. None of the guys were decent enough eye candy either. Don't trust everything you see on poster. Avoid. (0.5/10)
