This Hindi movie is a pretty straightforward slice-of-life story that tries to give a modern look at what it's like to be a single, professional gay man. It dives into how he understands who he is, the chances he missed out on, and the personal choices he’s made along the way. The director used three parallel timelines to tell the story, which honestly didn't make much sense to me. While the core idea was actually pretty interesting, I really feel like this would have worked way better as a short film considering the point it was trying to make. Still, it wasn't a bad watch. The plot centers on Rachit, a city professional, and his friend Shikhar as they hang out for an evening. Rachit is a polished, urban guy, while Shikhar has more of a "small-town" rustic vibe, and you can really see the contrast between them when they talk. As the night goes on, Rachit starts thinking back to some old memories from a long time ago. He remembers being an intern after college in ...
OMG!! Lets just say as it is. This film is soft gay porn (or maybe more than soft since we do have ample dick shots), masquerading to be a romantic film. Its like 100 minutes long. This film is an absolute no-no. The plot, if you can call it that, is wafer thin. A guy has recently come out but still hasn't had sex with any boy. His friend tells him that he recently met a masseur and he was cute and gay. Our man meets him, feels a connection but doesn't act on his impulses. He feels that Massage with happy ending feels like prostitution. To test the masseur, all other friends book massage with him, but he never makes advances with anyone. Eventually our man calls him again and they start dating.
As you can see, there is nothing really in this. Almost 80minutes of the film are devoted to slow motion full on massage sessions with like 5-6 different guys. Its not full on sex, but titillating enough to be called as soft porn. I mean, we have to say as it is. The production quality is low. The only redeeming things are really good looking two main leads. Besides that, its an absolute waste of time. There are better soft and hard open available on internet to waste your time on this one. (0.5/10)
